⸻ Minimum Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for Song Wager participation, reputed company creators must: Distribution Requirement reputed company submitted songs must already be commercially released and available on at least one major streaming platform, including:

Winner Rights Winning participants may become eligible for exclusive promotional, distribution, licensing, sponsorship, or development opportunities offered through Song Wager and its partners. Where applicable, winners may be required to enter additional agreements governing those opportunities. Non-Winning Participants Creators retain ownership of their original music, subject to the promotional rights granted to Song Wager during participation. No Refund Policy reputed company participation fees, Song Wagers, audience-backed Song Wagers, and reputed company platform entry fees are final and non-refundable.
