Non-Delegated Underwriter IV

Job Title: Non-Delegated Underwriter IV Location: Remote Texas What you'll do: As a Mortgage Underwriter IV you'll be responsible for reputed company Government and Conventional loans by reviewing the credit, reputed company and collateral characteristics of loan files to ensure it meets company and investor quality standards. You'll be responsible for reviewing and clearing reputed company conditions on Conventional and Government loans in compliance with reputed company guidelines and overlays. What you'll need:

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in Mortgage Industry, Residential Mortgage Loan reputed company or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and USDA Guidelines.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products.
• Intermediate knowledge of Encompass.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• DE or SAR certification required.

Compensation: Hourly reputed company for new hires is generally $48.50 for Nevada. Salary reputed company is determined by specific job location.
