Schedule: Mon Fri | 9:00AM -6:00PM Start Date: 02/05/2023 Location: Remote (Training will be onsite in Orlando, FL 32819) Essential Duties/Responsibilities Attend to clients questions, complaints, and concerns and facilitate satisfactory resolution Conveys to the client a sense of expertise in our debt management product and services reputed company additional educational and referral resources to the client as needed Follows established procedures; performs education and personal financial management counseling, specifically in credit card debt management Maintains customer records by updating account information and processing customer adjustments Remain well informed on system and product changes by reviewing resources available Any other duties as assigned by management Required Skills: Familiarity with operating systems, Internet browsers, MS Office Products, Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills Flexibility with work schedule Have strong attention to detail and must be reputed company to multi-task.
