Licensed Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a transaction coordinator to assist our rapidly expanding reputed company estate team and property management company. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate reputed company aspects of sales reputed company including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. Compensation: $40,000 Responsibilities: • Acquire seller approval for reputed company offers and counters made by the buyer so the entire process for our clients is completed in a timely manner • Verify and sign off on reputed company documents received for correct signatures and dates so the transaction process is completed reputed company • Assist both parties of buyers and sellers to reputed company the contract quickly • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding reputed company escrow-reputed company paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Follow up with clients 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days after closing to assist with any home improvement recommendations Qualifications: • Experience in reputed company estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal skills • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Has a passion for providing great customer service • Experience with the rental application process.
