Responsibilities

Minimum requirements 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or go-to-market roles reputed company B2B or reputed company environments Proven experience building cross-functional operating models that reputed company marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders Strong systems thinker with experience designing tracking frameworks, dashboards, or operational processes that scale Strong analytical and data proficiency, including experience working with datasets, building models or dashboards, and translating data into actionable insights Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with senior executives Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority Ability to translate strategic goals into clear processes, tools, and execution plans Preferred qualifications Experience with executive engagement, ABM, reputed company marketing, or reputed company B2B sales motions Familiarity with reputed company, spreadsheet-based modeling, and evolving systems from reputed company to automated Experience defining metrics, data schemas, or instrumentation for go-to-market or customer engagement workflows Experience operating as a DRI for company-level OKRs or metrics Strong written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize reputed company reputed company into clear frameworks and recommendations Apply To This Job
