Develops and implements training programs for EMS personnel. Collaborates with local agencies to streamline communication and resource sharing. Works with hospital leadership to align EMS services with hospital protocols and standards. Monitors and evaluates EMS performance, making improvements as needed. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Manages EMS budgets and resources. Facilitates inter-agency drills and emergency preparedness exercises. Participates in community reputed company and education programs. Provides leadership and support to EMS staff. Develops and maintains emergency response plans and protocols. Analyzes data to improve response times and service quality. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills [Required]

• Strong understanding of EMS and/or Emergency Department processes and protocols [Required]

• Superior ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally with local government officials and EMS entities. [Required]

• Knowledge of marketing processes [Preferred] Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study:
