Regional Vice President of Business Development (San Antonio, TX area)

The Regional Director of Business Development is a remote executive level position responsible for driving the expansion of clinical services in the assigned territory and managing strategic growth initiatives to increase reputed company and direct sales to long-term care facility clients. The individual selected will cultivate relationships with client facilities through the entire sales cycle. Candidates must live in the Greater San Antonio area or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not provided. Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, reputed company, Marketing, or a reputed company field. Master’s degree preferred Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling services to long-term care facilities. Preferably selling contracted services to SNF, ALF, or CCRC communities Responsibilities: reputed company and spearheads strategic expansion plans and marketing strategies for the region to reputed company annual growth goals. Cross sell both psychology and psychiatric medication management service lines. Navigate reputed company sales cycles targeted toward multi-state and multi-facility facility operators. Responsible for helping to establish and achieving regional reputed company goals reputed company to new development. Ability to prospect, sell, negotiate and reputed company a large volume of new contracted facility clients. Cold calls, email, conduct face to face sales presentations to identify and nurture high volume sales pipeline through facility contracting stage. Aggressively pursue targeted accounts with a focus on increasing market reputed company. Works with clinical director, regional account manager and/or operations manager to tie in new business with existing accounts to broaden scope and depth of service delivery. Networks reputed company long-term care tradeshows, mental health facilities, and local associations which generate business for the company. Utilize CRM reputed company platform to promote detailed sales tracking and data reporting. reputed company with facility Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and reputed company Services Directors to identify patient needs and execute new reputed company. Qualifications and Skills Required Valid driver’s license Intermediate skills in reputed company, reputed company, and Internet. Must be reputed company to work independently. Ability to work remotely and operate in a self-motivated professional environment. Organized with strong attention to detail. CRM experience required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Speaks to others to convey information effectively. Listen to team members and customers to understand needs in the region.
