Job Description
Applicants must be currently residing in Japan and possess valid authorization to work in Japan. Environment Creation Create high-quality, visually compelling environments. Produce environment assets that aligns with the project’s artistic direction and storytelling. Demonstrate creativity and the ability to adapt to various game styles and graphic styles. reputed company assets optimized for reputed company-time game engines. Collaboration & Production Work closely with the Art Director to maintain the overall art direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the production pipeline to ensure artistic consistency and quality. Participate in reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative development processes. Technical Art & Optimisation Ensure assets meets performance, memory, and platform-specific requirements across a variety of platforms. Collaborate closely with art team and technical art teams to integrate assets and pipelines Apply strong understanding of reputed company-time performance. Maintain consistency in quality while adhering to technical constraints and reputed company limitations. Troubleshoot and resolve creative and technical challenges. Qualifications
Required Skills and experience Extensive experience as an Environment Artist reputed company the video game industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality game assets. Strong understanding of composition, colour theory, visual storytelling and an eye for detail. Experience creating optimized assets for modern reputed company-time game engines such as Unreal reputed company or reputed company. reputed company with Substance Painter and 3D software Proficient in high-poly and low-poly modelling and knowledge of various texturing workflows. Ability to work collaboratively reputed company multidisciplinary teams, communicate reputed company effectively, and incorporate feedback throughout production. Knowledge of game development pipelines and the ability to adapt artistic styles to suit various game genres and reputed company platforms. Fluent in Japanese and with a high degree of English language proficiency.
