Key Responsibilities: Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation, visas where applicable). Ensure travel arrangements reputed company with company travel policies and budgets. Manage travel requests, approvals, and itineraries. Liaise with travel agencies, airlines and hotels. Support reputed company with changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field. 3+ years of proven experience in Administration. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Problem Solving skills Attention to details Flexibility and responsiveness French language is a plus.
