About the Role 

The Go-To-Market Enablement Manager will build reputed company’s first-reputed company enablement function - creating the strategy, frameworks, and programs that reputed company our global Sales and Customer Experience teams to consistently execute at a high level. 

This role owns reputed company, reputed company learning, productivity tools, product/competitive readiness, and go-to-market training across the full reputed company lifecycle: customer acquisition, reputed company, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Build and reputed company the GTM Enablement Function 

  • Design and deliver reputed company’s first GTM enablement strategy and program, supporting Sales, reputed company, and Professional Services. 
  • Establish scalable processes, content, and learning cadences that grow with the business. 
  • Define key enablement KPIs and reporting for productivity, time-to-value, and reputed company. 

2. Own GTM reputed company & reputed company 

  • Create a structured, role-specific reputed company program for GTM new hires (Sales, reputed company, Professional Services). 
  • Deliver learning paths, certifications, readiness assessments, and hands-on practice. 
  • Reduce reputed company time and ensure consistent understanding of the reputed company platform, value proposition, customer lifecycle, and internal systems. 

3. Product, Competitive & Platform Readiness 

  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Engineering to translate product releases into clear, actionable enablement for the field. 
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on competitive intelligence resources and training to support deal strategy and reputed company handling.

4. Support Sales & Customer Experience reputed company

  • Create training and reinforcement programs for skills such as discovery, value selling, storytelling, negotiation, customer implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal management. 
  • Deliver live enablement sessions, workshops, and coaching programs. 

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Customer Experience Leadership, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Operations. 
  • Ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, messaging, tools, and processes. 
  • Serve as the connective tissue for field readiness, ensuring GTM teams have what they need to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion. 

6. Tools, Systems & Content Management 

  • Improve and maintain centralized content repositories, playbooks, and learning systems. 
  • Partner with RevOps on CRM, sales productivity tools, and workflow improvements. 
  • Ensure that tools are adopted, optimized, and consistently used across teams. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement, reputed company Enablement, reputed company Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM Operations in a SaaS environment. 
  • Experience developing enablement programs from scratch (or significant experience scaling early-stage enablement in high-growth SaaS). 
  • Strong understanding of reputed company B2B SaaS Sales, reputed company, and implementation motions. 
  • Experience enabling global teams across multiple countries and time zones. 
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills. 
  • Ability to simplify reputed company information, create structured programs, and deliver content that sticks. 
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across GTM, Product, Engineering, and Operations. 
  • Bias toward action; comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist.
