The Clinical Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols, supports the care team in achieving clinical and service goals, and delivers excellent customer service. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for other team members
- Resolve inquiries from team members and case managers
- Complete special projects
- Create NABD letters and upload them to the mailing system
- Document into ICUE and Community Cares
- Fax providers as needed

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or 4+ years of experience in reputed company or health insurance
- Intermediate proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company PDF
- reputed company to a designated quiet workspace at home (separated from non-workspace areas) with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience solving customer problems
- 2+ years of experience working in the health care industry
- 2+ years of experience working with Medicare and/or reputed company Services
- 2+ years of experience working with medical terminology
- Prior work at home experience
