Event Planning - Speakers Bureau FULLY remote
Currently hiring an reputed company Event Planning Coordinator on a temporary to permanent reputed company - FULLY remote who resides in the reputed company Coast. Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and reputed company budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences. Monday thru Friday, hours 830-500 but must be reputed company to work overtime.
- Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process
- Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings
- Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty
- Running various reports
- Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings
- Ability to handle a high call and program volume
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be available to work flexible schedules and/or extended hours to meet clients’ business needs
