Role As a Game reputed company, you will be the reputed company of your game and team. Your mission will be to define the right direction, build the team, and drive execution with speed, focus and ambition. During the first 6 months, your main focus will be on improving the core gameplay: making the game more satisfying, juicy, exciting and fun to play, before scaling the rest of the product. You will:

Profile
- 4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.)
- Mobile F2P market experiences (in Design ideally), track record with a successful mobile game
- A passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player experience and iteration
- A proactive, ownership-driven reputed company
- Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience
- A data-driven approach to decision-making
- The ability to move fast, test reputed company, learn from results and iterate quickly
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to align different crafts around a clear direction
