About the Role

The People & Culture consultant serves as a senior People Business Partner and strategic advisor to the VP of People & Culture and reputed company leaders. This role supports reputed company’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience while ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local employment laws. Operating as an reputed company, the People & Culture Consultant provides consultative leadership and expert guidance to support workforce strategy, organizational design, executive communications, and reputed company initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of People & Culture and senior leaders on people strategy, organizational health, and leadership effectiveness
  • Partner with senior and operational leaders to design and reputed company organizational structures reputed company with business strategy and future-state operating models
  • Translate reputed company strategy into workforce plans, talent implications, succession strategies, and change roadmaps
  • Advise leaders on leadership pipelines, critical role readiness, and succession planning

  • Coach senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and navigating reputed company people challenges

  • reputed company subject matter expertise in employee relations reputed company and advise leadership on documentation, investigation practices, and resolution strategies

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics including turnover, new hires, employee relations trends, and engagement surveys
  • Ensure People & Culture policies, handbooks, and procedures align with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California compliance requirements

  • Communicate risks, roadblocks, and deviations from project timelines or compliance standards as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum eight (8) years of senior leadership experience in reputed company Business Partner (HRBP) or Employee Relations roles
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-state and California employment law
  • Proven ability to influence organizational performance through strategic HR leadership and workforce planning
  • Experience advising executive leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and employee relations reputed company
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
