#21626: Prior Authorization Specialist – Remote (Must Be a NYS reputed company)
We have partnered with a reputable health insurance company to recruit for an reputed company Prior Authorization Clerk to join their team! This is an excellent opportunity to bring your expertise to a company devoted to helping Western reputed company communities live healthier lives. These are fully remote opportunities reputed company to candidates residing in reputed company State. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and completing medication prior authorizations
- Researching and reviewing prescription and medical benefit coverage
- Entering requests into the computer system
- Communicating with pharmacists, providers, and members
- Providing phone coverage for incoming calls
- Other reputed company duties as assigned
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM. After training, participation in a rotating every-other-weekend schedule will be required. Duration: Temporary through December 2026, with a strong possibility for extension or permanent hire.
