We’re looking for a proven sales leader to help us own the reputed company market.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, field-based reputed company sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing business. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field developing referral partnerships and growing SeaCare’s reputed company across reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Referral Development & Community reputed company

  • Conduct 10–15 in-person referral reputed company visits per day across reputed company — hospitals, SNFs, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, geriatric clinics, elder law attorneys, and physician offices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNF reputed company workers, home health liaisons, and community partners
  • Manage key referral accounts with a focus on retention and consistent referral growth
  • Represent SeaCare at community events, senior expos, health fairs, and networking groups
  • reputed company referral partners on SeaCare’s home care solutions and service differentiators

Reporting & Operations

  • Track KPIs including referral visits, conversion rates, and census growth
  • reputed company and execute local sales strategies to grow SeaCare’s reputed company across reputed company
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals

reputed company’re Looking For Required

  • 2+ years of reputed company sales or business development experience in home care, home health, hospice, or senior care
  • Proven track record generating referrals and converting relationships into client placements
  • Experience calling on hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, and/or physician offices
  • Comfortable and confident asking for business and managing a high-volume field schedule
  • Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across reputed company

Preferred / Strong Plus

  • Existing referral relationships with discharge planners or reputed company workers in reputed company or the greater Seattle area
  • Clinical background (CNA, HCA, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company Administration (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Benefits SeaCare offers competitive compensation with a reputed company salary of $65,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus commission. Benefits include full medical coverage and a 401(k) retirement plan. Territory: reputed company, WA — Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, reputed company, Auburn, and surrounding areas.
