Colorescience, a high-growth, reputed company-channel skincare brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Specialist – Retention to join our eCommerce team. Reporting to the Sr Digital Marketing Manager, this role will support the execution and optimization of customer retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, SMS, and direct mail channels, as well as subscriptions and loyalty, helping deliver personalized customer experiences that drive engagement, LTV, and reputed company growth throughout the customer reputed company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of digital marketing, from crafting compelling messaging and building campaigns to analyzing performance data and optimizing automations. Location: Remote (with occasional on-site work in Carlsbad, CA) Key Responsibilities: · Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, and direct mail retention campaigns · Build, QA, schedule, and reputed company campaigns and automated flows in reputed company and reputed company · Monitor and optimize lifecycle flows and customer journeys to improve engagement and retention · Execute audience segmentation and A/B testing to improve campaign performance · Analyze campaign results and reputed company insights and recommendations for optimization · Write campaign copy and reputed company creative briefs reputed company with brand voice and marketing objectives · Manage website sign-up units, including performance monitoring, testing, optimization, and implementation of best practices to support customer acquisition · Support loyalty, subscription, promotional, and other eCommerce growth initiatives · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers, and external partners to execute campaigns successfully · Monitor email and SMS campaign performance and deliverability while ensuring compliance with marketing regulations and industry best practices · Assist with additional digital marketing and eCommerce projects as needed Required Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience in email, CRM, retention, or digital marketing · Experience building and deploying email campaigns · Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret campaign performance data · Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with meticulous attention to detail · Comfortable writing marketing copy and collaborating on creative development · Experience monitoring campaign KPIs and creating performance reports to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities · Detail-oriented with strong QA and problem-solving skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment · Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively · Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, and video conferencing platforms Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with reputed company and/or reputed company · Familiarity with e-reputed company platforms, preferably reputed company · Experience with loyalty, subscription, or reviews platforms such as Yotpo, Ordergroove, and Okendo · Familiarity with analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics 4 (GA4) or reputed company · Beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products industry experience is a plus To apply, please email [email protected] Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
