Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for leading reputed company aspects of business development, deal structuring, and deal support for your assigned accounts or territories. Your primary objective will be to drive strategic and financial value for our clients through the promotion and sale of transformational professional services programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Execution of long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings and reputed company in the near term.

  • Developing a reputed company account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the arenaflex account team (platform sales).
  • Establishing executive relationships across Technology & Business groups, executive sponsorship of programs.

  • Successful assumption of the role of strategic advisor and expert with a deep knowledge of the cross-reputed company of the customers' business and the available reputed company services.

  • Supporting scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong network of executive relationships across Technology & Business groups.
  • Experience with deal structuring, deal support, and project closure.
