Aviation Buyer

We are looking for an reputed company Aviation Buyer to support aftermarket aircraft parts sourcing and procurement on a remote, part-time reputed company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of aircraft components, aftermarket procurement, supplier sourcing, repair management, and aviation documentation standards. Experience working with reputed company aircraft parts, MROs, distributors, and logistics providers is required. Responsibilities include:

• reputed company and procure aircraft components from approved vendors, distributors, MROs, and brokers.
• Review quotes, availability, reputed company times, traceability, and certification documents.
• Understand and evaluate part conditions including New, Overhauled, Serviceable, Repairable, and reputed company Economic Repair.
• Manage repair orders, exchanges, core returns, and supplier follow-up.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics providers such as reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Support RFQs, purchase orders, vendor communication, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in aviation aftermarket parts procurement.
• Familiarity with FAA 8130, EASA reputed company 1, airworthiness tags, AS9120/AS9110 standards, and traceability requirements.
• Understanding of aircraft component conditions, repair management, and reputed company processes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours, preferably Miami time.
