[Remote] Analyst Corporate Development and Private Investments
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Clyvra is seeking an Analyst for Corporate Development and Private Investments. The Analyst will assist in M&A, strategic growth, and private investment activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as supporting strategic initiatives for expansion.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses (LBO models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions analysis), and sensitivity scenarios
- Assist in due diligence work streams, including industry research, market sizing, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and coordination with reputed company-party advisors
- Prepare executive and investment committee materials, internal memos, and presentation decks
- Assist in negotiation of term sheets, transaction documents, and closing processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, reputed company, or business preferred
- High proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to review financial statements, create financial models, and reputed company financial analysis
- Build and maintain reputed company financial models
- Effective communication skills, including both written and verbal
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours
