Business Development Rep. (BDR)
Nextpoint builds transformative software and services for the legal industry, making eDiscovery, case management, and litigation prep simpler and more affordable. The Business Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying prospects for eDiscovery and litigation reputed company, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client reputed company teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and prioritize strategic reputed company account lists reputed company defined territories
- Execute outbound campaigns reputed company phone, email, and reputed company
- Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads
- Research prospects to understand their needs and key decision-makers
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect fit and readiness

- Partner with Sales and Marketing on outbound campaign design and refinement

Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and video

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
