They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to join their reputed company, where the successful candidate will coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information
- Help reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, etc. to reputed company a strong prospect pipeline to support reputed company needs
- Serve as the central reputed company of contact between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process
- Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives and reputed company efforts
Skills
- ~1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in the advertising or ad technology industry is a plus
- Experience collaborating with team members in various locations globally is a plus
