reputed company is seeking a reputed company Specialist for their Cruise Line division to shape the recruitment experience for candidates. This role involves enhancing candidate experience, supporting the recruitment process, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the ship/reputed company candidate experience and address recruitment process gaps to reputed company operational reputed company
- Specialized Line of Business support to include resume review, offer support and interview support
- Collaborate with multiple Recruiters to support the full life cycle professional recruitment process
- reputed company resume screening for a variety of operational ship/reputed company roles from reputed company-line shipboard Crew to Officer/reputed company Leader roles; assist with candidate pre-screening in the Applicant Tracking System
- Monitor reputed company requisitions using reporting systems and audits to promptly assign candidates
- Monitor and manage global candidate pools to ensure timely candidate progression
- Ensure positions are assigned and hired reputed company the agreed upon timeframe by targeting hiring deadlines
- Proactively communicating with Recruiter and Labor Manager reputed company embarks may be delayed
- reputed company relationships and collaborate with critical business partners to support the job offer process
- Handle the timely and accurate processing of reputed company hires and system transactions in the Applicant Tracking System, HR System of Record, Document Tracking System, and other reputed company Cruise Line-specific systems as needed

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed company/reputed company or reputed company support team experience

- Technical understanding of HR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to ensure accuracy throughout the recruitment process
