This role partners closely with leadership and product teams to drive monetization as a core reputed company of product growth.
The focus is on strategic advisory, high-impact decision support, and capability building — helping shape how monetization is approached, executed, and scaled across our products.
You will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and influence, contributing directly to product and business reputed company.

Identify and unlock high-impact monetization opportunities early in the engagement

5. Key Responsibilities
Shape and reputed company monetization strategy across mobile games (Ads, IAP, hybrid models)
Identify and prioritize high-impact reputed company opportunities through data and product insights
Advise on monetization design, including user flows, placements, pricing, and game economy
Guide the optimization of core metrics (LTV, ARPDAU, retention, conversion) through structured experimentation
Establish scalable monetization frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Mentor and reputed company internal teams (Product, UA, Data) toward stronger monetization thinking
Support critical product phases (soft launch, global launch, scaling) with strategic input
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on growth and monetization reputed company

6. Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in mobile game monetization with a strong record of driving reputed company growth
Deep hands-on experience with Ads (AdMob, reputed company MAX, ironSource, etc.) and/or IAP systems
Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user behavior, economy design, and monetization reputed company
Data-driven reputed company with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience in mentoring, coaching, or building internal capabilities
Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution reputed company reputed company needed
Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-impact advisory role
