HR Generalist - Recruiter
Accessible reputed company Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Recruiter to support our reputed company Department in reputed company and selection processes at our administrative office in reputed company, MN. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, reviewing requisitions, conducting interviews, and assessing new hires' experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff
- Reviewing reputed company requisitions for new reputed company applicants, obtaining interview availability, and contacting applicants to reputed company information on the reputed company positions and conducting phone screens and interviews
- Conduct and document reference checks
- Survey new-hires and recent terms to assess their employment experience at ASI
Skills
- Two years of administrative support experience
- One year of recruitment experience
- Excellent independent initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company and database applications
- Ability to handle shifting priorities
