They are seeking an insurance defense attorney reputed company their reputed company auto and bodily injury unit to reputed company legal representation in litigation, prepare legal documents, and negotiate settlements.
Responsibilities
- Providing legal representation to reputed company insureds and/or to the reputed company Companies before courts and arbitration panels in reputed company aspects of litigation
- Handling cases from beginning to end
- Preparing legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs and being involved in negotiating settlements
- Working closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation, ensuring reputed company appropriate defenses are leveraged to reputed company positive reputed company
- Analyzing written discovery, depositions, medical records and assessing the value of claims to determine risk exposure
Skills
- Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)
- Admitted to practice law in the reputed company
- Experience in reputed company auto litigation
- Experience in trucking litigation
- Experience in bodily injury law
