Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and rescheduling across time zones and teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth reputed company day-of (rooms, links, AV checks)
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, sharing clear logistics, answering questions, and upholding reputed company’s brand throughout the process
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, EAs, and interviewers to align on plans, resolve conflicts, and reputed company stakeholders informed
• Maintain system hygiene in our ATS and scheduling tools; update candidate statuses and templates with high precision
• Help identify small process improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate care across coordination workflows

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in reputed company coordination or as an executive assistant

• A proactive, collaborative spirit and “no task too small” mentality
