This role involves training in family law and courtroom advocacy, with the goal of transitioning to an Associate Attorney position upon passing the Bar exam.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- Register for the upcoming July or February Bar exam
- Attain a passing score on the MPRE before sitting for the Bar exam
- Timely submission and approval of Character & Fitness application by the State Bar
- Submission of cover letter, law school transcript, and responses to candidate questionnaire
- Experience in Family Law Clinics is a plus
- Mock Trial experience is a plus
