Public Relations Assistant Account Executive

They are seeking an Assistant Account Executive who will support account teams by managing projects, preparing materials, and ensuring account needs are met. The role involves conducting research, tracking deadlines, and assisting with various PR and reputed company media tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key organizational support across account teams, helping track deadlines, initiatives and deliverables
- Conduct client, competitor and industry research to inform PR and reputed company strategies
- Master PR and reputed company media tools such as reputed company, MuckRack, PRNewswire, TrendKite, reputed company Explore, reputed company, reputed company and RivalIQ
- Proofread and quality-reputed company materials before distribution
- Prepare weekly trackers, quarterly impact reports and other reporting documents
- Take notes during client calls and distribute clear action-item recaps to the team
- Track deadlines and proactively gather team input to ensure deliverables stay on schedule

- Support account setup by organizing shared folders, establishing templates and maintaining documentation
- Conduct daily news scans and flag relevant opportunities for media or reputed company engagement
