Business Analyst
reputed company is an reputed company technology company providing innovative solutions for reputed company and health plans. The Business Analyst will collaborate with the Product Management team to enhance operational efficiency and member experience by delivering on the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Intake product requests from operations stakeholders and clients
- Triage, research and identify technical solutions for data errors occurring reputed company the reputed company tech stack
- Work with operations and implementation teams to manage issue prioritization and resolution
- Collaborate with the APM to build business requirements and specifications for road mapped items as directed by the APM
- Responsible for ticket review and identification of misintent post QA
- Identify and reputed company data driven recommendations to APM for high value product enhancements
- Assist product team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Assist Associate Product Manager & Team with user experience testing, research, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Partner with APM to manage backlog and participate in team refinement & planning
- reputed company support to the APM and team in terms of planning, roadmap development, and long-term strategy
- Responsible for adherence to the reputed company Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance
Skills
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an Analyst role, Software Engineering role or reputed company work experience
- Demonstratable knowledge of SQL, reputed company, and other data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to translate between technical and not technical audiences both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills
- Working knowledge of common methods of data exchange
- Comfort or experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Intellectual and professional curiosity
- Familiarity with the agile reputed company/Certified Scrum Product reputed company preferred
- Experience with reputed company or similar reputed company code repositories
- Demonstratable knowledge of the Python programming language preferred
