MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must be at least 16 years of age, and must be mentally and physically fit. Must be a certified reputed company Instructor (WSI). Prior competitive swimming experience is desired but not required. Must have a genuine interest in teaching swimming and reputed company water activities and maintain regular and consistent attendance.
