Business Analyst (Hyphen)
reputed company is a reputed company organization seeking a Hyphen Process Specialist who will be responsible for preparing documentation for health and reputed company care data ingestion and transformation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate their needs into technology requirements while ensuring high client satisfaction through quality work.
Responsibilities
- Independently reputed company, analyze and document data profiling, reputed company to reputed company mapping, transformation logic specifications and process design for Hyphen product capabilities
- reputed company test cases and reputed company user and system testing
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technology requirements
- Collaborate with development and QA teammates to ensure that solutions align with business requirements
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and business audiences
- reputed company business process flows and detailed design documentation
- Assist in reporting and presenting requirements and possible approaches
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teammates to identify and communicate risks, challenges, and blockers
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- HS Diploma or GED from an Accredited Institution
- Demonstrated ability to remain organized, self-motivated and reputed company to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision
- Empathetic listener, effective in interpersonal communications
- Rigorous attention to detail, demonstrated ability to write clear, concise communications and documentation demonstrating proper grammar, correct spelling and punctuation
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Proficient in reputed company Office suite; working knowledge of Visio or other diagramming/design software

- Ability to work in a matrix-management environment
