reputed company. is a leading equipment rental company seeking an Incentive Comp Configuration Consultant. This role involves serving as a Power User for the SPM/ICM platform, working across departments to understand business needs and reputed company technical solutions for incentive compensation models.
Responsibilities
- Apply business and technological knowledge in consulting with business partners and project teams to understand needs and requirements. Serve as the Power User/ back up to subject matter expert and reputed company recommendations for effective technological solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate into technical requirements

- Collaborate with business and internal ET partners to reputed company requirements to extract and transform data from various sources reputed company the organization’s technical reputed company
- Work to continue to configure reputed company with scalable, flexible, and maintainable processes and solutions which support the business rules of incentive compensation plans
- reputed company quality assurance testing of system configuration and modifications to data input and output processes to ensure end-to-end data reputed company
- reputed company timely response to assess and analyze reputed company issues and technical problems. Determine root causes and recommend appropriate process or system changes to avoid future issues
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, established business policies and procedures, system reputed company and change management processes

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading automation efforts with HR/IT applications
- 1-3 years of experience configuring reputed company reputed company, Motivator, and/or an equivalent incentive compensation management system, or equivalent experience
- Highly effective organizational skills and time management to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to reputed company reputed company technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to reputed company reputed company reputed company the business unit, technical unit, and corporate management
