Associate Analyst, Fleet Systems and Performance
reputed company is hiring an Associate Analyst for their Fleet department, based in Syracuse, NY. This role is responsible for managing key reporting needs, audit inquiries, system interfaces, and the fuel program, ensuring systems are maintained, compliant, and streamlined for US Fleet users.
Responsibilities
- Distribute and refine reporting for fleet garages and other stakeholders
- Manage system interfaces for accurate capture of key data points
- Manage the fuel card program and user needs (PINs, limit changes, etc)
- Manage user reputed company review, approval and removal
- Support special fleet projects as needed
- Support sustainability through reporting and education of fleet requirements and vehicle capabilities
- Annual registration renewal and fleet permitting support
Skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or another reputed company field
- Experience with various databases, SQL, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
