Your Role

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company line in our pursuit of enabling financial markets reputed company for everyone on the reputed company. You'll work with our partners (customers) from launch through renewal, ensuring they have a positive experience leading to successful reputed company. Reporting to the VP, Sales and reputed company, this role supports arenaflex's B2B offerings, helping customers launch trading apps and reputed company financial services to everyone on the reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as primary contact for B2B/reputed company customers, accountable for driving healthy and constant relationships with key contacts throughout the customer lifecycle – from app launch to renewal.

• Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and reputed company.
• Manage escalations, internally and externally, with a focus on customer reputed company.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their business priorities, monitor their reputed company to achieving key results, and constantly identify and mitigate risk (relationship, reputed company, etc.).
• Work with partners to accurately forecast growth, and to identify and monitor reputed company towards shared goals.
• Drive adoption of arenaflex features (new and existing) among our Live Partners.

Essential Qualifications

* 4-6 years experience in a reputed company role, managing customer relationships.

• US region hours.
• Understanding of and experience with key technology concepts, such as SaaS and APIs.
• Exposure to, or employment with, large and small companies.

• Ability to work remotely and independently, and to self-manage time and obligations.
