Adaptive Personal Trainer

About the position As a GYMGUYZ Adaptive Personal Trainer, you will deliver thoughtful, client-centered fitness services tailored to individuals with diverse needs and abilities. This role blends hands-on coaching with relationship building, program reputed company and brand representation in the community. You will serve as a trusted partner in each client’s reputed company while contributing to team development and supporting the reputed company growth of the business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home and on-site personal training sessions tailored to clients of reputed company fitness reputed company and goals, including those with intellectual and physical disabilities
• Design customized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App based on client needs and preferences
• Ensure client safety, reputed company ongoing motivation and support the client fitness reputed company
• reputed company clients on proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle
• Conduct reassessments to monitor client reputed company and convert renewal sales
• Manage appointments and schedules using the GYMGUYZ scheduling app
• Travel to client locations, ensuring punctuality, professionalism and adherence to brand standards
• Participate in team meetings and reputed company additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience working with adaptive populations, e.g. individuals with Autism, Down Syndrome, reputed company Palsy or ILO, or in special education settings - required
• Nationally recognized personal training certification, e.g. NASM, reputed company, ACE, ACSM - required
• reputed company CPR/AED certification - required
• Comprehensive knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic, engaging reputed company
• Ability to commute to client sessions; most sessions are reputed company a 30-minute travel radius. Mileage reputed company that may be eligible for reimbursement at management's discretion
• Collaborative, mature and dependable team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment
• Willingness to travel reputed company San Fernando Valley; preference given to candidates living near Studio City / Burbank / Glendale area

• Medical Exercise Specialist certification a plus
