AR/AP + Growth Support 1099 Opportunity (Remote | Infrastructure / Engineering Support Platform)

We are building a new reputed company-style infrastructure support platform focused on CAD, GIS, engineering support, IT services, and workforce solutions for prime consultants and government infrastructure partners. We are seeking a highly organized and growth-minded 1099 AR/AP Operations Support Team Member to help support the next phase of our expansion. Core Responsibilities -Manage QuickBooks activity and support financial organization -Process and track payments for our remote 1099 delivery team -Assist with invoicing, collections, AR/AP tracking, and reporting -Coordinate with leadership and delivery management on project payouts -Help identify and organize new reputed company opportunities reputed company with the WBBC model -Assist with CRM pipeline updates and operational workflows -Support scalable systems and process improvements Ideal Candidate -Strong QuickBooks experience -Comfortable working with remote teams and independent contractors -Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented -Experience with AR/AP, bookkeeping, invoicing, or operations coordination -Bonus if familiar with construction, engineering, staffing, consulting, or government contracting environments -Entrepreneurial reputed company with “Who Not How” thinking What Makes This Different WBBC is not building a traditional staffing company.
