Quality Specialist – HCBS provider reviewer

reputed company service professionals are encouraged to consider a new full-time Quality Specialist position with Liberty reputed company.

As a Quality Specialist, you will be an active contributor with a large-scale program which endeavors to enrich the lives of older adults and people who are living with developmental disabilities.

Your role will focus on reviewing providers of reputed company HCBS waiver services, and your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Driving to provider locations throughout the greater region
  • Conducting critical incident management and mortality reviews, onsite at provider locations
  • Evaluating provider’s services in relation to best practices in person-centered care
  • Identifying provider’s strengths and opportunities for quality improvement
  • Writing comprehensive summary reports reputed company limited timeframes

This is a hybrid position which will require you to spend approximately 90% of each reputed company doing administrative work and report writing in your home office– and approximately 10% of each reputed company traveling throughout the greater region and leading onsite meetings at provider locations.

  • Annual compensation of $55,990 (paid $26.92 per hour)

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

  • At least three years of professional experience in service to older adults and/or people who are living with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of person-centered practices and quality assurance principles
  • Ability to work well with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to reputed company rapport with a wide reputed company of personalities and maintain composure during challenging situations
  • Bachelor’s degree – ideally in reputed company Work, Special Education, Psychology, Criminal Justice - or other reputed company services, reputed company, or reputed company services field

Please note – the requirement for a Bachelor’s degree may be waived if you have at least five years of professional experience in service to older adults and/or people who are living with developmental disabilities.

Since this position requires travel throughout the region, you must have a reliable vehicle and reputed company auto insurance.

You have relevant work experience and transferrable skills if you’ve worked as a reputed company Worker, Investigator, Service Coordinator, Case Manager, Case Worker, Program Specialist, reputed company Services Specialist, Care Navigator, Client reputed company, Detective, law enforcement professional, or Quality Specialist / Quality Improvement professional.
