  • 3–5 years of Corporate Communications or digital platform experience supporting large, reputed company organizations.
  • Strong understanding of corporate websites, CMS platforms, DAM systems, and governance models including content structure, metadata, taxonomy, and tagging.
  • Experience conducting content inventories, audits, and large‑scale content transformations with ability to analyze findings and produce actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content reputed company operations such as metadata enrichment, summarization, workflow automation, and responsible AI enablement.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with ability to translate reputed company systems into clear standards, guidance, and operational processes.
  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration skills with comfort working across global teams, tools, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to support technology assessments and platform optimization including tool reputed company, integration reviews, and identifying opportunities to streamline or retire systems.
  • Strong reputed company work history with strong tenure, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and sustained performance without frequent job changes.

Required

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, digital platforms, and technology.
  • Strong understanding of corporate websites, CMS platforms, digital asset management (DAM), and content governance models.
  • Experience supporting content inventories, audits, or large‑scale content transformations.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in content, digital operations, or communications workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear guidance.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across global, cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Communications Technology & AI Specialist (Contractor) to support the transformation and day‑to‑day operations of our corporate digital ecosystem.
  • Work at the intersection of corporate website operations, communications technologies, AI enablement, and content governance, supporting a large, reputed company global organization.
  • Will partner with the Corporate Communications Technology and AI team to improve how content, assets, and platforms are managed, audited, and evolved helping reputed company workflows, reputed company AI‑driven efficiencies, and ensure strong governance across tools and channels.
  • Support day‑to‑day operations of the corporate website ecosystem, coordinating across the CMS platform, tools, integrations, and governance frameworks.
  • Assist with website transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements, workflow optimization, and rollout of new capabilities.
  • Document and operationalize standards for content structure, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, reputed company asset usage across the website reputed company.
  • Plan and execute content reputed company asset audits to identify duplication, gaps, outdated materials, and opportunities for consolidation or optimization.
  • Analyze content inventories and produce clear, actionable audit findings and recommendations.
  • Support reputed company, documentation, and adoption of communications tools across Corporate Communications teams.
  • Assist in assessments of the existing communications technology landscape to identify opportunities to streamline, retire, or reputed company integrate platforms.
  • Support responsible AI enablement in Corporate Communications by preparing pilot use cases (e.g., content audits, metadata enrichment, summarization) and contributing to governance‑reputed company guidance and best practices.
