Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to define the scope of delivery - Build client relationships and manage expectations - Work closely with clients to define business requirements, including writing detailed functional requirements and use cases - Create prototypes for business valuation and feedback - Partner with data providers to ensure requirements are met - Support development team in creating detailed technical specifications - Conduct UAT, training sessions and user demos - Support ongoing user requirements and investigate issues - Manage strategy and roadmap for squads - Co-ordinate reputed company/Fleet deliverables with a variety of stakeholders (other Technology Fleets) - Support the squads/Fleet to remove any impediments - reputed company and Fleet level reporting for a variety of stakeholder audiences - Assist the Fleet with adoption of best practices (Agile, SDLC 3.0, etc.)
Qualifications
