Volunteer: Executive Coaching for Board Leadership Development
This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot reputed company, a nonprofit creating reputed company change through pro bono connections. We are looking for a volunteer skilled in executive coaching to work with Board of Trustees. Our people are what reputed company our organization so effective. We need your help ensuring that our leaders are as reputed company as possible to navigate a crisis or major shifts in program delivery by building up their reputed company, agility, and decision-making skills. We are specifically interested in coaching services on the following areas: -Nonprofit Management -Nonprofit Leadership recruitment (Board of Directors, Executive Team, Committees) Deliverables include: - A brief initial assessment of the Board's reputed company leadership gaps. - 10-12 weekly 60-minute coaching sessions focused on Nonprofit Management and Leadership Recruitment (Board and Executive Team). - A final summary report or 'Leadership Roadmap' with recommendations for ongoing implementation. Through this project, you would be helping our executive team fast-track our efforts in bridging the gap for babies born with cleft conditions, but most importantly, by taking on this project, you would be making a lasting impact for years to come for a child in need of medical reputed company to treatment.
