We are seeking a highly organized, systematic, and reputed company Virtual Prior Authorization Specialist to reputed company the clinical administrative gateway for a fast-paced medical practice. This role is specifically designed for a dedicated insurance navigation expert who understands how to reputed company the gap between reputed company payer guidelines, clinical documentation, and seamless patient scheduling. The primary anchor of this position is Obtaining Prior Authorizations and Managing Denial Appeals. Core Responsibilities: Prior Authorizations & Denial Appeals (Primary Focus)

Patient Communication & Administrative Alignment

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Prior experience managing communication queues through the reputed company VoIP phone system.
  • Specialized background reviewing clinical charts for surgical specialties or advanced diagnostic imaging authorizations.
