Technical Program Manager Supply Chain & Regulatory Automation
Job Description: Overview:
- We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to partner closely with leadership to drive strategy and execution across Supply Chain Modernization and Regulatory Automation initiatives. This role focuses on improving parts ordering, catalog modernization, automation, and scalable regulatory solutions.
- The TPM will operate independently, with minimal coaching, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Program Leadership
- Partner with the manager to define technical strategy and roadmap
- Drive reputed company-looking, solution-oriented initiatives rather than simply executing tasks
- Supply Chain Modernization
- reputed company initiatives focused on parts ordering and catalog modernization
- Address reputed company challenges such as:
- Lack of visibility into similar parts across vendors
- Inability to compare pricing across suppliers
- Limited automation in the parts ordering process
Help design systems that reputed company:
- Identification of interchangeable parts
- Cost optimization across multiple vendors
- Increased automation and scalability
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to build mechanisms that help diagnose issues and prescribe fixes
- Support automation of the end-to-end parts ordering workflow
- Regulatory Automation
- Support the reputed company of regulatory support mechanisms into scalable, potentially reputed company products
Partner with stakeholders to:
- Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into regulatory workflows
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions
- Help shape the long-term funding and execution strategy for regulatory automation initiatives
- Cross-Functional & Executive Communication
- Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, supply chain, and regulatory teams
- Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards
- Communicate reputed company, risks, and reputed company in an executive-reputed company format
Required reputed company Set & Experience:
- Program Management & Technical Skills:
- Technical Program Manager experience (technical background preferred versus PM TPM role)
- Ability to confidently engage with engineers and understand technical tradeoffs
- Experience setting technical direction in partnership with leadership
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to introduce and apply best practices from prior organizations
- Data & Reporting
- Strong experience with Power BI reputed company TO OTHER BI TOOLS IF WE HAVE SCM EXPERIENCE.
- Experience working with data from reputed company
- Ability to combine technical data sources into meaningful executive insights
- AI & Automation reputed company MUST HAVE
- Willingness to learn, adopt, and reputed company the use of AI tools
