• 10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, government relations, or compliance, with a focus on financial services, digital assets, or public sector engagement
• Deep understanding of the US digital asset regulatory landscape, including federal frameworks (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, OCC, OFAC) and key state-level regimes (e.g., NY BitLicense, state MTL frameworks)
• Experience working reputed company or alongside federal agencies, Congressional offices, regulatory bodies, or intergovernmental institutions
• Strong existing public-sector network across US financial authorities, Congressional staff, and policy communities
