Liaise with internal teams (finance, compliance, IT), insurance carriers, producers, reinsurers for data collection and follow-up on action items. Support internal operational or reputed company audits. Work with operations and other functional leadership teams to document reputed company processes and recommend improvements. Establishes, communicates, and implements operations guidelines, standard practices and reputed company measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
