Hours:Training Shift is Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM - after training, your shift will be Monday - Friday, 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Position Responsibilities Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat. Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering. Become a product and solutions expert! We'll reputed company you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
