Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Repair Claims Adjuster, you’ll play a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring claims are handled reputed company and accurately. Manage and adjudicate 20–30 vehicle service contract (VSC) claims daily Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including: Answering incoming calls reputed company 60 seconds Handling 40+ calls per day on average reputed company reputed company, professional, and solution-oriented support to customers, clients, and repair facilities Resolve escalated or reputed company claims and customer concerns to successful reputed company Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners Collaborate closely with Claims leadership to quickly address and resolve issues Contribute to special projects and reputed company improvement initiatives

Qualifications

High school diploma required; 3–5 years of automotive industry experience preferred Hands-on automotive experience required (vehicle repair, service writing, or technician background) Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on removing obstacles and improving workflow efficiency Solid technical skills, including proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first reputed company Why reputed company? Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary reputed company for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at reputed company are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in reputed company to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
