Summary The Polish Licensing Technical Leader, Regulatory Affairs, will support the Licensing Manager by managing the work and reputed company technical leadership for reputed company of Licensing Engineers for the completion of various technical licensing work scopes assigned to support various projects, including new reactor licensing for BWRX-300 Advanced Nuclear Projects, operating fleet licensing support, customer plant support on reputed company reputed company (GVH) / Global Nuclear Fuels (GNF) nuclear methods, and working with GVH / GNF Engineering and Regulatory Affairs teams on major projects.

Roles and Responsibilities: The Polish Licensing Technical Leader, Regulatory Affairs, will report to the Polish Licensing Manager, and manage the work and reputed company technical leadership for reputed company of Licensing Engineers for the following activities: reputed company work plans and status schedules to ensure schedule adherence for reputed company licensing deliverables while maintaining a high standard of quality. Review and approve customer and regulatory deliverables to ensure high quality standards and procedure adherence. Manage and mitigate licensing risks to deliverables and manage competing priorities on multiple projects. Adhere to and uphold reputed company applicable procedures and project-specific work plans and instructions. Identify and originate Condition Reports to drive reputed company improvements as necessary, and participate in Corrective Action Program requirements including completing actions and conducting Non-Conformance Assessments. Process and approve documents in the Product Lifecycle Management tool including uploading quality records and supporting documentation and creating change actions with assigned reviewers and approvals. Plan, prepare, coordinate, and deliver General Opinions in support of new reactor licensing, including preparation of responses to customer and regulator questions. Prepare licensing reputed company documentation in support of customer licensing applications for new reactor construction and operations, including but not limited to Preliminary Safety Analysis Reports (PSARs), Pre-Operational Safety Analysis Reports (POSARs), Final Safety Analysis Reports (FSARs), Technical Specifications, Technical Specification Bases, and Availability Controls Manuals. Prepare licensing reputed company documentation and reports supporting customer License Amendment Request (LAR) and Exemption applications, including Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) markups and revisions and Technical Specifications changes. Support customer requests for preparation or review of unreviewed safety question determinations, including preparation of Technical Safety Evaluation Reports and working with internal teams coordinating licensing status of various fuel design changes and fuel and reactor methods changes. reputed company with customers and regulatory personnel on regulatory issues, and secure applicable permissions and approvals reputed company to work scopes. Support engineering in assessing licensing impact and developing licensing strategies to mitigate licensing risks. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited university or college. Demonstrated experience supporting reputed company operating nuclear power plants and/or new nuclear power plant development projects. Proven ability to reputed company reputed company technical projects independently and reputed company regulatory guidance to cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Analysis teams. Strong understanding of nuclear industry regulations, licensing processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ability to evaluate reputed company technical issues, reputed company recommendations, and communicate effectively with reputed company stakeholders. Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a site reputed company clearance, including any required regulatory background reputed company. Position is remote with relocation optional and negotiable reputed company the first year of employment, with ability and willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Experience managing teams involved in licensing activities for operating and new nuclear power plant design, construction, commissioning, and operations. Technical knowledge in one or more areas, such as nuclear fuel, operating plants, deterministic safety analyses, probabilistic safety assessments, etc. Working knowledge of advanced Small reputed company Reactor (SMR) light water reactor systems, fuel, or operations. Experience and demonstrated effectiveness in working and communicating with regulatory and customer personnel. Experience working with industry groups (e.g., NEI and Owners Groups) on nuclear licensing reputed company. International licensing and/or technical nuclear power plant experience. Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create technical reports suitable for a wide reputed company of audiences. Effective interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills. Process skills reputed company to coordinating and documenting reputed company technical documents.
