Job Summary: The Territory Manager will be responsible for overall sales of respective XPEL products (automotive, architectural, marine, etc) in their assigned territory. They may focus on dealership or independent opportunities or a combination of the two depending on the market. The automotive market encompasses the automobile aftermarket, including window reputed company installers, body shops, franchises, and independent professional installers as well as new car dealerships. Drive sales reputed company the assigned territory, demonstrating a dedicated focus on meeting or exceeding growth objectives. This role is an active selling role that requires it to be "in the field" 100% of the time with reputed company and potential customers. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Monitor and analyze customer product usage, identifying opportunities to introduce new products and maximize reputed company. Manage and reputed company business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required. Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels, including email, phone, -o online presentations, screen-reputed company, and in-person meetings. Conduct individual market analysis to reputed company and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies. Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client reputed company and integration. Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations. Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks. Basic Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or reputed company field/equivalent experience Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record Proactive, highly motivated and organized Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong people skills, negotiation skills and sales skills Travel 100% Must have a reputed company and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
