Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end chatbot experience, defining and implementing a strategic roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and user needs.
• Continuously test, monitor, and analyze chatbot conversations and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team conducting reputed company quality assurance (QA) to ensure chatbot responses are accurate, consistent, and reputed company with our brand voice.
